Anime India|Mumbai 2026, is taking place at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, Nesco, Goregaon. It is scheduled for Friday 28th August, 2026 and will go on till Sunday, 30th August, 2026. On all three days, the gates will open at 9:55 am. The event will start at 10:00 am and the event will end at around 9:00 pm.

The event will be in Hindi, English and Japanese and will last for a duration of 11 hours. Entries for all ages 5 and above is allowed, and a ticket will be needed for ages 5 and above as well. The event has an indoor layout with seating arrangements being standing. The event is kid friendly and is wheelchair accessible as well. It is equipped with free water stations as well as free parking. However, pets are not allowed at this event.

The early bird tickets are live currently, with Day pass starting at ₹399, and the 3 day pass starting at ₹599. Phase 1 prices for Day pass are ₹499, and for 3 day pass are ₹699. Tickets can be booked on district.

What to expect

The event is the perfect Anime convention experience with unparalleled professional and fandom content. There is said to be live musical concerts, featuring anime theme; song artists flown in directly from Japan, whose identity is said to be revealed later in August. There will be industry panels and guests meet and greets, Q&As and panels featuring acclaimed Japanese creators and animation directors. There will be official exhibits featuring massive interactive zones and official merchandise from globally loved franchises like Demons Sayer and Spy X Family. And of course, an Anime convention is not an Anime convention, without cosplay and creators. There will be a dedicated cosplay realm featuring prop showcasing workshops, alongside artist alley showcasing independent talent. The event will also have a japan pavilion, featuring yukata trials and origami workshops alongside pan- Asian food court and Maid & Bulter Café. All this covers the anime fanbase.
