BTS also known as Bangtan Sonyeondan (방탄소년단 – bang-tan-son-yeon-dan ) debuted on 13th June 2013.
After having performed for 8 years, BTS went on hiatus for their mandatory military services. Upon returning from the military BTS had their first comeback on March 20th 2026 with the album titled “Arirang”.
RM, the leader of the group had this to say with regards to their album on a live stream,
What ties the seven members together is that we are Korean
Indicating that the album focuses on their roots. Arirang is their 5th Studio album with its lead single titled ‘SWIM’. The BTS album Arirang consists of a total of 14 tracks in the album, namely,

Each track reflects on the culmination of BTS’s journey thus far channeling their emotions and feelings into each track.
With this comeback, BTS is now going on The BTS World Tour ‘ARIRANG’ 2026 – 2027, with dates and locations revealed from the 9th of April 2026 to 14th of March 2027.
