Hopefully with the popularity of Luo Yunxi atm(because of TTEOTM), China might consider releasing this? I just started reading “ The Husky and His White Cat Shizun” a few weeks ago and recently finished TTEOTM and loved it—so imagine my delight when I discovered “Immortality”! Please please please release this—at least on DVD. I HAVE TO SEE THIS!
I doubt it will ever be cleared for release which is a dam shame. I could never see how this could be anything but a BL love story as this is the central plot. Any attempt to change this would make it so different to the book it wouldn’t be a book to tv conversion,
Excel they can make it not BL but then they can use only first book
I am not familiar with film rights, but my question is can’t Netflix buy the rights for it and restrict viewing to viewers outside China?
