Produce 101 season 2 contestant passes away due to Itaewon Tragedy
According to an exclusive report by TV report, Lee Ji Han died on October 29th during the Itaewon tragedy. Lee Ji Han was only 24 years old at the time.
Former “Produce 101 Season 2” contestants Park Hee Seok and Kim Do Hyun shared the youthful boy’s death on media platforms this morning.
Later, a citation from his agency, 935 Entertainment, announced the news, saying, “It is true that Lee Ji Han died on October 29 in the Itaewon accident.” The agency also expressed disbelief at having to learn the news, saying that they wished it was not true when they initially witnessed it, and that they are shocked and devastated by it.
They also stated that his family is devastated by his death.
Lee Ji Han appeared on the hit tv show “Produce 101 Season 2” and was eliminated upon standings 98th. As of his time on the show, he has been working as an actor.
