Monsta X’s Jooheon Has Tested Positive For Covid-19

Lee Joo Heon, a.k.a Joohoney (and previously as Jooheon), is a South Korean rapper and songwriter. He is a member of the well-known South Korean boy group Monsta X, which was formed in 2015 as a result of Mnet’s survival show No.Mercy.

On 11th April Starship Entertainment posted an official statement that Monsta X’s Jooheon has been diagnosed with Coivd-19

According to a statement released by MONSTA X’s official fan cafe, Jooheon began experiencing sore throat symptoms on April 9 KST and tested positive for the virus using a self-test kit. On April 10, he tested positive using a rapid antigen test. Jooheon has already had all three rounds of vaccination and is only suffering from a mild sore throat. He has cancelled all of his plans and has been quarantined away from the other members of MONSTA X in accordance with government regulations.

Meanwhile, Starship Entertainment has confirmed that the release date of MONSTA X’s upcoming mini-album ‘Shape of Love’ has not been changed and will remain April 26.
