Skeleton Knight in Another World (骸骨騎士様、只今異世界へお出掛け中) is a Japanese action fantasy light novel series. The anime adaptation of this light novel series is set to air on the 7th of April, 2022. The episodes will be broadcasted every Thursday at 23:30 JST. Studio Kai and HORNETS will be the animation studio behind this series.
PLOT: One day, a player was playing video games until he fell asleep…and once he awoke, he was already in the game world—as a skeleton! Arc, armed with his avatar’s potent weapons and gear but trapped with its terrifying bony looks, must find someplace for himself in this unique, fanciful land. All of his plans for a peaceful life are crushed when he meets a gorgeous elven warrior, who leads him on a journey full of dispute and exploration.
According to the Blu-ray release in Japan, skeleton Knight will only have 12 episodes. Though this news assures top-notch quality animation, this will surely leave us wanting more!
