Watashi no shiawase na kekkon (My Happy Marriage / わたしの幸せな結婚) by Agitogi Akumi, Kousaka Rito, Tsukioka Tsukiho is a Japanese romance historical light novel series that also has a manga adaptation. The manga was serialised on the 20th of December, 2018 by Gangan Online.
PLOT: Miyo Saimori was indeed the unlucky kid of an arranged marriage that has been devoid of romance. Her dad brought in his beloved and her own daughter, Kaya, once the her mother passed away. Miyo’s existence had been lowered to that of a servant from that day forward. Too often, whereas Kaya acquired the family’s psychic powers, Miyo lacked them entirely—she was truly the unworthy daughter.
Miyo has managed to keep her head down, conceal her distress, and abide by every command after years of feeling like gravel. And it’s no surprising fact that she’s been set up to marry Kiyoka Kudou, an army commanding officer rumored to be quite so harsh that he’s turned down all of his prospective spouses so far.
Miyo’s destiny, she believes, will consist of a heartbreaking childhood followed by an excruciating marriage. Her new husband, contradictory to her preconceptions, is genuinely nice. What Miyo truly desires is a joyful, eternal marriage full of joy!
