Legally Romance is an ongoing Chinese Drama based on the web novel: Don’t fall in love with the boss (才不要和老板谈恋爱) by Ye Fei Ran. The first episode of the drama aired on the 10th of March, 2022 and it is scheduled to end on the 8th of April, 2022. There are 33 episodes in total, each episode is 45 minutes long.
PLOT: The drama revolves around Qian Wei (Song Zu Er) and Lu Xan (Z. Tao). Qian Wei is a 28 year old working woman. She’s working as a paralegal for Lu Xan. However, due to a grudge from the past, Lu Xan is making her life miserable. However, this lifestyle ceases when Qian Wei gets involved in a accident and goes in coma.
Now she’s reliving her highschool years in her dream, the time when she first met Lu Xan. She realises that there is a lot hidden under the haughty exterior of her boss. At the same time, he begins to realize what he feels for her as well. In this chasm between dreams and reality, they both realize their true emotions. How will their lives play off without these emotions affecting their professional lives?
