Servamp (サーヴァンプ) is a vampire themed action comedy Supernatural anime based on the manga of the same name. It aired from July 5, 2016 to September 20, 2016. It had 12 episodes in total and is a 17+ rated anime.
The anime follows the story Mahiru Shirota, who seriously thinks that keeping things simple is ideal and that complicating things must be avoided like the plague. It’s inconvenient to do nothing and then remorse it—and this mindset had already resulted the 15-year-old to pick up a stray cat on his way back home. Little does he understand that this chance encounter, which he endearingly names Kuro, will arouse an important shift in his ordinary life.
The popularity of the manga shot up after the release of the anime and the animated movie. To thank the fans, the mangaka of the manga- Tanaka Strike has released a colored page in the Monthly Comic Gene issue 4/2022.
