Rookie Boy Group TAN’s Practice Room Building Suffers Severe Fire Damage

TAN (To All Nations) is a 7-member project boy group signed to Think Entertainment and established as a result of the MBC survival show Extreme Debut: Wild Idol. Lee Changsun, Im Jooan, Lee Jaejun, Seo Sunghyuk, Kim Hyunyeop, Bang Taehoon, and Kim Jiseong make up the group. The final lineup was revealed on December 16, 2021, at the Wild Idol finals. On March 10, 2022, they released their first mini-album, 1TAN.

The practice room building of rookie boy band TAN has been severely damaged by fire.

According to numerous officials, at 4:50 a.m. on March 19 KST, a fire broke out at an izakaya on the first floor of the same building as TAN’s rehearsal space in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam, Seoul. The flames rose to the second and third levels, inflicting extensive damage to the building’s outside walls and first and third floors.

Fortunately, no one was hurt, and the TAN members are said to have departed the rehearsal area at 2:30 a.m. KST. According to TAN’s spokesman, “There is no issue with TAN. They’re keeping up with the ‘Show! Music Core’ schedule at their MBC. The members for TAN were not affected in any way.”
