On Wednesday, the official site of the tv anime Hoshi no Samidare (Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer) unveiled four important cast members. The anime will release in the summer of 2022.

Satoshi Mizukami’s manga, which appeared in Young King OURs from June 2005 to August 2010, has been adapted into an adventure comedy anime. From January 2006 to November 2010, Shounen Gahousha released the manga in ten volumes.
The anime starts when Sir Noi Crezant, a talking lizard, approaches college student Yuuhi Amamiya. Crezant quickly starts into a fantasy scenario in which the strong mage Animus plans to ruin the planet with his biscuit hammer, a massive machine standing far above the earth’s orbit. The princess and her Beast Knights are Earth’s last salvation, and their mission is to guard her and kill Animus.
Yuuhi is selected as the Lizard Beast Knight, and against his reservations, he is compelled to support himself against a monster produced by the wizard. He is rescued by his next-door neighbor, princess Asahina Samidare, and vows allegiance to her. The princess, on the other hand, has no intention of saving the world. She reveals her true objectives to Yuuhi: to halt Animus from ruining the planet, then obliterate the globe herself.
While the surviving Beast Knights are steadily being assembled as well as trained for using their capabilities, the two continue fighting off strikes from Animus’ golems. But Yuuhi would have to determine for himself if to follow Asahina’s intentions, with whom he is becoming increasingly close, or to pursue his own way to save the planet.
