Our Golden Maknae Jungkook graduates University!!!
Jeon Jungkook is the youngest member of the popular Korean boyband BTS. Jungkook auditioned for South Korean talent programme Superstar K at its trials in Daegu in 2011. Despite not being chosen, he received casting offers from seven various entertainment companies. After witnessing RM, his fellow band member and leader in BTS, perform, he decided to become a trainee under Big Hit Entertainment.
On March 3, Jungkook was announced as the holder of Global Cyber University’s ‘President’s Honour,’ the highest award presented to graduates at the ceremony. Because Jungkook was unable to attend his graduation ceremony, he delivered his award acceptance speech via video.

He said:
“People say graduation is both an ending and a beginning, and it makes me excited and emotional at the same time… I feel that learning is always a fun thing to do, and amazing and exciting. I hope all of us won’t miss the moment but will go forward toward our goal.”
Meanwhile, Jungkook earned a degree in Broadcasting and Entertainment from Global Cyber University. With over 800,000 tweets, he is presently trending internationally on Twitter, as ARMYs from all around the world are congratulating the Golden Maknae.
