Jungkook of BTS’s new “7 Fates: CHAKHO” OST song, produced by Suga, is making a huge impact on pop charts all over the globe!
Jungkook unveiled the latest tune “Stay Alive” (produced by Suga) for the music score of BTS’s original webtoon as well as web novel “7 Fates: CHAKHO” on February 11. “Stay Alive” reached No. 1 on 106 iTunes Top Songs charts on February 21 after surpassing the Guinea-Bissau chart for the very first time.
With a record of eight days and twenty hours, “Stay Alive” is the quickest solo track to peak the iTunes Top Songs charts in 105 countries. “Stay Alive” surpassed the iTunes Top Songs chart in Guinea-Bissau in ten days and 5 hours, making it the leading solo track to reach No. 1 in 106 countries.
Jungkook earlier surpassed the iTunes Top Songs charts in 106 countries from his other solo single “My Time.” He was also the first and only artist to have two solo songs chart at the top of 106 iTunes Top Songs charts. “Stay Alive” topped the Global Top Tracks chart for Last.fm, a mainstream pop site in the United Kingdom, for the 11th consecutive day through February 22 KST. The OST also topped the Global K-Pop Top200 chart for Shazam, an app which recognises music from around the world, for 11 days in a row.
